How much is shipping and do you have free shipping available?

We're based in Williamstown, Victoria (3016) and we love serving our local area so we're offering free personalised and contactless delivery to our customers in 3003, 3011, 3012, 3013, 3015, 3016, 3018, 3019, 3025, 3207 & 3208.
How long does it take to receive my goods?
We usually dispatch goods within 2 business days (we aim for 1). Depending on where you live in Australia, it can then take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to receive your goods. For metro areas it's typically 2 days. When you choose your shipping option at checkout indicative times are provided by the courier. You will be emailed tracking information so you can get real time information on where your parcel is.
COVID-19 restrictions may slow deliveries so please bear with us.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Most of our couriers don't deliver to PO Boxes, and if they do it is usually more expensive. You can try entering your PO Box in at checkout to see whether it is an option, but if no delivery options are available then please use a street address.
What do I do if my goods have arrived damaged?
We inspect the condition of every item before we send it to make sure it is ready for you to enjoy.
Please check your goods the moment they arrive as we have a small window in which we can submit a claim with couriers for items damaged in transit. If you find your item(s) damaged on arrival, if possible please try to reject the parcel from the courier. If this is not possible, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the goods. You will need to provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos including:
- a photo of the whole parcel (i.e. the damaged packaging)
- a close up photo of the damaged parcel (i.e. the damaged packaging)
- photos of the damaged product(s)
- any other photos you think will help us understand the issue
