What is the difference between Products, Collections and the Lookbook?
Sometimes we know what we are looking for, other times we just need a little inspiration. That's why we offer different ways for you to find what you're after.
I can't find a product that is in the lookbook, why is that?
Unfortunately this usually means we're sold out. But don't worry, we'll try to get it back in stock as soon as possible. If you really want to get hold of a particular product, feel free to contact us and let us know. When it arrives we will put it aside for you and let you know it is ready.
Don't forget, we offer a Product Sourcing service, exclusive to Vida Style (see below for details).
I am not sure if the product is right for me, can you help?
We'd love to help. Simply book a Free Product Viewing here where we can show you the products you are interested in over a video conference. If you need more help with styling, then book a Product Styling consultation and we will have enough time to look at the space you are decorating and provide some suggestions on what could work for you. The charge for this service will be returned to you in full as a discount off your next purchase with us.
I am looking for a particular style / colour product. You don't sell it on your website but are you able to help me find it?
Absolutely and we love an excuse to go hunting for products. We offer a Product Sourcing service where we can help locate a product for you. It doesn't matter how big or small, it might just be a specific coloured cushion you need to complete your look. The charge for this service will be returned to you in full as a discount off your next purchase with us.
Can I view your product?
We don't have a storefront (which saves us both money). And if COVID-19 has taught us anything, it's that video conferencing can almost be as good as the real thing (someimes even better - think PJs and coffee while shopping). So we are offering Free Product Viewings where you can book a five minute consult and we can show you the products you are interested in. If there is anything else we can do to help you feel confident with your purchase then please let us know here, we're here to help and we know how annoying and disappointing it can be to receive products that just aren't quite right.
What if I need some help with styling?
Styling is what we love. We can help you pick products before you purchase, or maybe you have received the products but not sure what to do with them. We can give you some suggestions on what to do. Visit our Product Styling page.
The Gift Concierge Questions
What is The Gift Concierge?
Short on time or just keen to get a hand with finding the perfect gift for the perfect someone?
Give us a short brief via our easy form and we'll pick out three options of a single product or a selection. We can also wrap the gifts or give you the materials to do so yourself. What are the gift wrapping options?
You can choose to have the product wrapped by Vida Style (personalised gift tag included), or if you'd rather add your personal touch (while saving a bit of money), we'll provide you the gift wrapping materials so you can wrap yourself (this service includes wrapping paper, ribbon, gift tag and stickers).
Why is the price of gift wrapping different for each product?
It's all to save you money. Put simply, we charge less for smaller products because there's less material and they're quciker to wrap.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We offer virtual (print at home) gift vouchers. We're hoping to launch physical vouchers near the end of 2020.
Can I get the gift voucher sent directly to the recipient?
We don't have this functionality yet, but you do have the following three options:
- We email you (the purchaser) the gift voucher and you print it off and give it to the recipient
- We email you (the purchaser) the gift voucher, then you email it to the recipient
- You contact us directly, just say you want to have a gift voucher directly sent to the recipient by us. We will give you a call or email (whichever you prefer) and will arrange this and payment directly with you
Can I cancel or amend an order?
You can amend or cancel an order any time before dispatch, but we do aim to dispatch quickly! If you contact us as soon as you realise you need to make a change we will do our best to resolve. If we have already dispatched the products, then you will need to refer to our Change of Mind section in our refund policy.
Can I place an order via phone?
Of course and we love talking to our customers about their purchases. Submit a form via contact us and include your mobile number, we will give you a call back when it suits you.
How do I use my gift voucher?
Simply enter your gift card number at checkout.

Refunds and Returns Questions
What if I change my mind?
It's ok, it happens. We offer a store credit for change of mind and you will need to pay the shipping cost to return the goods to us. We love speaking to our customers on the phone - send us a note via our contact form and we'll call you back as soon as possible (typically within 1/2 a business day).
